The Woodlands Greyhound Park in Kansas is shutting down live racing as of Aug.23rd! This means no more live greyhound racing in Kansas. Just last month the last track in Colorado shut it's doors as well. Now, there is no more live racing there either. Due to these closings, there are hundreds of greyhounds displaced and now need homes. Greyhound Rescue of Idaho is anticipating a call for help to take dogs as soon as The Woodlands closes it's doors. When that call comes, GRI would like to be in the position to bring in greys to their forever loving homes. They can't do this without your help. GRI is in dire need of monetary donations and homes when the call for help arrives.
